Raw Chocolate Cake

1 Portion

 

Walnut base ingredients

Walnuts     500 gr

Cocoa powder     2 tblsp

Flax seeds     1 tblsp

Cinnamon powder     1/2 tsp

Salt     1/4 tsp

Vanilla extract     1 tsp

Pitted dates     16

Orange zest and juice     1

 

Chocolate frosting ingredients

Organic honey     280 gr

Avocado (6 pcs)     630 gr

Vanilla extract     24 gr

Cocoa powder     120 gr

 

Method

Combine all the ingredients for the base and grind in the robo coup. Not too fine.

 

Place in cake ring and chill in the fridge. For at least 2 hours.

 

Blend all the ingredients for the frosting in a liquidizer until smooth.

 

Pour over the walnut base and spread evenly.

 

Leave to set over the fridge over night.

 

Best served with date and coconut ice cream.
