Coco Loco

Serves 1

Nourishing and high in potassium, calcium, and minerals, this grounding smoothie is supportive to bones and nervous system.

Ingredients
150 ml coconut water
100 g banana50 g coconut flesh
5 g tahini paste
Pinch of cinnamon powder

Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, and serve immediately.
