90 minutes to come away from stress and come to yourself. A yoga class to help bring the mind into the body through focusing on the breath and strengthening the connection between mind, body and spirit. This class is suitable for beginners. Options will be available for people of different yoga experience.

Learn the art of mindfulness and experience the effect it has on dissolving stress and promoting inner wellbeing.
12.15 - 13.00 at Yantra Hall
Learn the art of being happy. Experience open heart and empathetic joy meditations to get in touch with your inner joy.
13.00 - 15.00 at Kamalaya Gallery
A beautiful opportunity to meditate in a silent atmosphere. Kamalaya gallery will be open for this event with instructions provided by Kamalaya's meditation and life enhancement mentors. In order to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, entrance will be restricted to every half hour.
Self Massage Demonstration with Pla

Learn traditional Thai therapy techniques from the Head Practitioner at Kamalaya’s Wellness Training
Academy. These demonstrations will begin with self care exercises that help blood circulation and
loosen muscles and joints. You will also learn how to use a tennis ball to massage and relieve
target pressure points in the body.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Drop-In Clinic with Aaron & Hania
16.00- 18.00 at Yantra Hall
Stop by for a complimentary auricular acupuncture session with a Kamalaya TCM practitioner who will administer the standard five Needle Protocol treatment developed by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. Utilized worldwide to help with detoxification, addiction disorders, and disaster relief, these five ear points are clinically shown to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Treatments last 30-45 minutes,but anyone who cannot stay the full time will be accommodated. Out of courtesy to others please be mindful to quietly enter and exit the space.
